Gladwell LLC is a compassionate, nurse practitioner–led psychiatric practice based near the tranquil shores of Lake Washington in Renton, WA. Gladwell LLC was started with the thought of catering to the high number of people suffering from mental health problems and substance use disorders yet having no one to care for them. It was created to cater for those with insurances and without. It is meant to bridge the gap for those in our society who face a lot of anguish because no one cares. We care, we see you and we are here to help!

Meet Provider
Catherine Donnerstag is a mother, wife, grandmother. Born in 1966 she joined nursing at 17 years of age. She has been a caregiver, nurse, and a provider. She has seen mental health take a toll not only to our community but also globally. It’s my hope that we can change the map of mental health if we do this one person at a time.
