Information submitted through our website contact form is processed directly on our own server using a secure, self-hosted PHP mail script. Form data is not transmitted to or stored by any third-party service. All submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered only to authorized Gladwell LLC staff.
